AquaLibrium makes a firm commitment to quality. It is our policy that we provide products and services that consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. All employees are involved in our effort to continually improve the quality of all our products and services.
The management team at AquaLibrium is responsible for ensuring all employees are actively involved and follow all quality standards. They take the lead and set the example of AquaLibrium’s commitment to quality.
All employees are encouraged to approach management with quality recommendations. They are also held responsible for the quality of their own work. Each employee has the authority to take the appropriate action to prevent the production and/or delivery of a product that does not meet all of AquaLibrium’s quality standards.
Leadership will be provided by top management to all levels of employees in order to achieve quality improvement. Training will be provided, as appropriate, for the implementation of all quality programs. Each employee suggestion for improvement will be fully evaluated and implemented if applicable. Outside quality improvement programs will be investigated and the findings discussed with the appropriate employees regarding the potential for quality improvement at AquaLibrium. All ideas and programs that lead to an improvement in the quality of AquaLibrium’s products and services will be implemented.
